The process of getting good dairy products begins with milk, which must be of excellent quality. Our farm »Pri Lukovih« is located on the slope of the left bank of the Soča River, in the pure unspoiled nature of the hamlet of Široka Njiva, which has a lot of excellent pasture and it’s away from roads and industry. Due to the exceptional natural conditions and care we give to our animals (17 cows), our milk is of excellent quality. This gets confirmed by regular milk controls and, most importantly, loyal customers who buy our milk, which we offer at the machines for selling fresh milk in Kanal and Dobrovo in Goriška Brda. The rest of the milk is processed into dairy products in our cheese dairy in Kanal, which is located right next to the famous Kanal bridge. There we also have a sales area where you can try and buy our products.
